Dass Kishore has more than 15 years of experience as a Sales cum Business Developer. He has worked in various industries starting from selling Manhattan Chase Credit Cards, Credit Card Insurance to selling investment properties in Australia specifically in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth through various real estate brokers by setting appointments for the Field executives to visit and share the portfolio to close the sale during his early career in 2006, He has counselled students in the US through a Consulting company called MLX to pursue their dream education with many universities in the US. He then moved to Telecom domain and worked for Lycamobile in upselling calling cards and sim cards and lead a 15-member team in achieving their target.

He joined an IT Storage domain-based service company which was also into software development which gave him experience in software service selling in the competitive market after the recession period. This gave him the opportunity to connect with US & UK-based Product companies' C-Suites and established a strong relationship with his enthusiastic and quick turnaround skills in resolving their issues. His new career opportunities invited him to the semiconductor industry in a PCB design firm. It took some time for him to cope with industry knowledge. His shortcomings taught him a lesson to live with it and learn more of the industry's technical knowledge. He turned out to be a  Techno- Business Developer in technology like Software, SaaS, IT Services, Application Development, Semiconductor Design, Digital Marketing, Ed- Tech based industries. 

His Key Skills during his tenure include  Techno Business Developer, Account Management, Closing Skills, Negotiation, Researcher and Strategist 

His Mission is to enable all customer success and the customer care teams of an organisation to be the frontline sales team to generate revenue for the organisation. He is on his mission to train the organisation's customer care team to be an enabler
