Our engagement commences with a personal meeting between our Founder and your team at your office. During this meeting, we will align the sales process and propose improvements to enhance the company's performance, seeking approval from management.
Following this, we will initiate a comprehensive training program to equip the team with industry knowledge and address any challenges they may face. By the fourth or fifth week, we will commence appointments either online or in person to kickstart the sales process. Our aim is to achieve successful closures within a timeframe ranging from three to six months.
Based on Average Sales Ticket we will be able to build at least 3-6 customer closure in 6 months. We help companies on reducing the sales cycle with our experience in handling customers from Robotics, AI Software, Semiconductor, Healthcare Tech and Manufacturing. - Minimum 7 appointments per Week Starts from 3rd Week
- Direct Meeting - Atleast 4 per week from 6th Week
- Closure - 3 Clients per Month from 3rd Month
Unless the product/solution is not proven to a minimum of 5 customers, Challenges are inevitable. We do not see a challenge until the product fails. Since POC model is in place already, we can build a pipeline swiftly
- 2 BDE (2-3 Yrs), 1 Sr BDM (10-15 Yrs) - 3 Resources
- Customer will certify the resources after 3 weeks. We will hire based on Personality & Talent
- Perks are provided for the team to build more 1st level meetings
- Team member Performance will be evaluated as below
- BDE - Number of Appointments Made
- BDN - Number of Direct Meetings and Progress made
- Sr BDM - Number of Closures
- Short of meeting targets will be replaced at the earliest
- Salaries will be paid on industry standards
