Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager for Manufacturing (Automotive Assembly Line and Components) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the automotive manufacturing sector.  Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth within the automotive assembly and components sector.
  • Analyze customer needs and market demands to inform business strategy and product development.

2. Business Development and Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

 Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5.7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive assembly lines, component manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
