Role Overview:

As the Investor & Stakeholder Relations Manager at BrandsRevenue, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the company's vision, strategy, financial performance, and growth prospects to these audiences. This role demands a blend of financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and adept relationship-building abilities to support the company's goals and enhance its reputation in the market.

Key Duties:

1. Investor Relations:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor communication strategy.
  • Disseminate timely and accurate information to investors, including financial reports and presentations.
  • Address investor inquiries and maintain an ongoing dialogue to address their concerns.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, analysts, shareholders, and industry influencers.
  • Organize investor conferences, roadshows, and events to boost engagement and promote the company's brand and performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder inquiries and information requests.

3. Financial Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights to senior management.
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, disclosure obligations, reporting standards, and corporate governance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory inquiries and filings as needed.

5. Strategic Planning:

  • Work with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance shareholder value and optimize capital allocation.
  • Contribute to corporate development strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance, particularly in the consumer goods or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, such as SEC reporting and disclosure regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to corporate decision-making and long-term planning initiatives.
