Key Responsibilities:
1. Improve Productivity Using Different Robotics Solutions by 50%
Present strategies and case studies on integrating various robotics solutions in manufacturing.
Highlight potential productivity gains and efficiency improvements achieved through robotics.
2. Use Your Existing Resources in Each Shop to Optimise Performance
Discuss methodologies for maximising the use of current resources.
Offer practical tips on identifying and addressing inefficiencies in shop floor operations.
3. Enable Customised ERP to Understand Your Factory Dashboard
Explain the importance of customised ERP systems for real-time monitoring and management of factory operations.
Demonstrate how a tailored ERP solution can provide comprehensive insights into production processes and performance metrics.
4. How You Can Directly Reach End Customers and Reduce Cost to Your End Customer
Outline effective direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies and their benefits.
