Human Resource Manager

BrandsRevenue is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  4. Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
  5. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  7. Manage performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to employees.
  8. Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  9. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  10. Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
